Settings
Configure language, capture, editor, PDF, theme, shortcuts, history, and privacy options in Full Page Screenshot v1.21.0.
Open and save settings
Click the gear icon in the popup header. Most changes save automatically, and the page header shows the save state.
Reset to Defaults at the bottom of the sidebar resets extension configuration after browser confirmation.
General
- Interface language: choose the current extension language.
- Fallback language: used when a translation is missing.
- Auto-detect browser language: choose from the browser preference automatically.
The extension currently provides English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and Italian.
Files
Files is the local Capture History. Search, filter by mode, sort, reopen, download, delete one or many, or clear the complete history.

The browser still controls the final download location. The extension cannot directly choose any arbitrary desktop folder.
Editor
- Choose a default tool: Select, Arrow, Rectangle, Circle, Text, or Blur.
- Set the default font size, font family, and stroke width.
- Turn grid snapping on or off.
- Reset Tool Properties: restore tool style defaults.
- Apply to All Tools: apply current editor configuration to tool properties.
PDF export requires Pro. Configure:
- Paper size: A4, Letter, Legal, A3, or A5.
- Whether to add source URL and capture time.
- Whether to show header and footer.
- Top, bottom, left, and right margins.
Changing these settings does not create a PDF automatically; start PDF export from the editor.
Interface
Theme supports Light, Dark, and System. The current settings page does not provide popup size, transparency, corner-radius, or toolbar-icon style controls.
Shortcuts
This page reads the four capture commands actually assigned by the browser. Customize Shortcuts opens the browser's extension shortcut manager. The browser, not an input inside the extension page, saves the new combinations.

Privacy
- Save capture history: control whether future captures enter local history.
- History retention days: old records are removed when a new record is saved.
- Anonymize URLs: store only the site origin instead of full paths and query parameters.
Turning history off does not delete existing records. Captures and history are local browser data. Signing in identifies subscription permissions; it does not mean screenshots are uploaded automatically.
